Husband-and-wife owners Lang Huynh and Muoi Vuong originally opened the restaurant in March 1986 at 10th and Chestnut streets. They have already completed some renovations to the building, and more are underway. The menu will remain mostly the same, but there will be a few changes, Vuong said. Huynh, a refugee from Vietnam who arrived in Berks County in the late 1970s, developed his own style of cooking that combines traditional Vietnamese dishes with classical French cuisine.
